Learn how to make Tasty and Delicious Breakfast recipe - 'मसाला इडली - Masala Idli' with our chef Sonali Raut.<br /><br />Crispy and Delicious Masala Idli is a breakfast recipe which is made from leftover idlis and can be eaten with Coconut chutney, Peanut chutney or Tomato Chutney.<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />(Serves 4)<br />- 8 Idlis<br />- 3 tbsp Oil<br />- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds<br />- 8-10 Curry Leaves<br />- 1/2 tsp turmeric Powder<br />- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder<br />- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala<br />- 1/2 tsp Salt<br /><br />Method:<br /><br />1. Take one freshly made or leftover idli and cut it into 3 pieces<br />2. Do the same with the remaining idli pieces and keep it aside<br />3. Now, heat a pan and add oil<br />4. Once the oil is heated, add mustard seeds and let it splutter<br />5. Now, add curry leaves to the pan, followed by the idli's which were kept aside<br />6. Mix it to make the idlis a little crispy<br />7. Now, turn the flame to low and add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chaat masala, and salt <br />8. Coat these idlis with the masalas which have been added<br />9. Take these idlis out and serve it
